Valentine House

This sustainable home was constructed off site using a low energy, open panel timber frame wall system. The highly insulated dwelling is heated by an Air Source Heat Pump & PV Solar panels. Externally it’s clad in a mixture of brushed Thermowood timber cladding and light grey contemporary brickwork.

Beneath the projecting Zinc roof, large aluminium curtain wall glazing leads into the breathtaking triple height entrance hallway complete with a luxury hardwood & glass open plan staircase.

Other notable features on this project include a polished concrete floor, bespoke hardwood staircase and kitchen, recessed LED strip feature lighting and exposed, white washed Glulam beams.
